Catering FAQs
How much does catering cost in Toronto?
Our on-site packages are $30 (Classic), $38 (Signature) and $48 (Feast) per person before HST for 30 to 149 guests. Groups of 150 to 299 save $2 per person, 300+ save $4, and groups of 20 to 29 add $8. Use the price estimator above for an instant number.
Can we mix dishes from different cuisines?
Yes. You can mix dishes from all six menus at no extra charge. Butter chicken next to lasagna is our most popular combination.
Do you offer halal catering?
Halal proteins are available on request on every menu, our Middle Eastern menu is pork-free, and our All Halal mix uses halal proteins on every main. Just tell us when you book.
Do you have vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options?
Yes. Every dish is labelled V (vegetarian), VG (vegan) or GF (gluten-free), and you can filter the menu builder by diet.
What is included in every package?
Buffet setup with chafing dishes and serving utensils, buffet attendants (1 per 40 guests), up to 2 hours of service, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and cleanup of the catering area.
Where do you cater, and is there a travel fee?
No travel fee in Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham and Richmond Hill. A $75 travel fee applies in Oakville, Burlington, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Newmarket and Aurora. Further out is quoted per event.
What is the minimum number of guests?
Our minimum is 20 guests.
Can we order add-ons or special meals for only some guests?
Yes. Add-ons like coffee and tea, desserts or a chef station can be ordered for part of your group, with a 20-guest minimum. Special meals (vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free) cost nothing extra: just tell us how many guests need each and we plan portions around it. Package dishes are priced for your full guest count, because buffet portions are already split across the mains.
How do I book?
A 30% deposit books your date. The final guest count and balance are due 7 days before your event. There is no mandatory service charge; gratuity is optional.
